Find the Best Support Services for the NU Community
The following resources are available to faculty members who are concerned about members of the National University community.
Reporting a Concern
If you are a faculty member and are concerned about a student or another member of our community (without life-threatening emergency), please complete this form and a member of the University staff will be in touch soon.
If you experience an emergency situation with a student, please contact TimelyCare’s 24/7 faculty and staff support line by calling 833-4-TIMELY (833-484-6359). After speaking with their team, please complete the Student of Concern form so the Student Wellness team can follow-up and provide additional support.
Unsure of the Best Next Step?
If you would like to discuss a situation with Student Wellness to determine the best course of action moving forward, contact us at (858) 541-7784 or studentwellness@nu.edu. Our staff is happy to discuss ways to work with students or language to use surrounding sensitive topics.
