Diana D. Dobrenen, is an associate professor in the Department of Special Education for National University and specializes in student success for clinical practice teacher preparation models such as coaching and mentoring. Dr. Dobrenen accomplished thirty years of service in public education as a teacher and administrator at the elementary and secondary levels. Prior to serving as a site administrator, Dr. Dobrenen dedicated years of service as a general and special education teacher, with the opportunity to open the first Resource Specialist Program offered by the State of California.
