Audrey Rabas is an associate professor at the Sanford College of Education at National University. Dr. Rabas received a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and an M.A. in Psychology Research. She has background experience in leadership and research in the fields of Education and Psychology. She has spent most of her career working in higher education, and at National, she teaches content courses and chairs dissertation students. Her research interests include women in leadership, mentoring, and K-12 education. Outside of work, Dr. Rabas serves on her local high school’s site council and is a member of the athletics booster board.
