Billing Questions
Student Portion:
Please be aware that the amount that is shown on your invoice is either in the process of being invoiced or is pending payment. At this time we are unable to deduct the amount of pending tuition assistance contracts from your account balance until the actual check from the government has arrived.
When tuition assistance contracts invoiced:
Upon grade posting the contract will be submitted for billing. Once invoiced, it generally takes 6 to 8 weeks to receive government payments. During this process we are unable to deduct the amount of pending tuition assistance contracts from your account balance until the actual check from the government has arrived.
Contract Changes:
It is your responsibility to submit your contract with the correct data such as tuition amounts, dates, and course information. If there is a mistake please contact the VA Office and base education so that this may be resolved.
Dropped Courses:
What happens to your TA contract if your class is dropped?
The VA Office will automatically send the TA back to the company or government that authorized this contract. It is your responsibility to notify the authorizer so that they may cancel it.
When requesting your contract to be returned:
If you would like your contract returned, you will have to contact the VA Office so that we may mail it to you. Otherwise this office will automatically send the TA back to the company or government that authorized this contract.
If you have any other questions please feel free to contact the VA Office.
