Robyn Catagnus

Dr. Robyn Catagnus is an expert in learning and behavior change, with a focus on organizational behavior management (OBM), diversity, well-being, and mindfulness. She is a board-certified and licensed behavior analyst. As an industry management consultant, she has supported executives in developing and implementing human capital initiatives, applying behavioral science to improve organizational outcomes. Dr. Catagnus has also owned a successful special education consulting firm and held executive roles in behavioral health, financial, and educational technology companies. She serves as a trustee of the Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies, a reviewer for the Diversity in Behavior Analysis section of the American Psychological Association journal Behavior Analysis: Research and Practice, and is a former member of the editorial board for Perspectives on Behavior Science, the flagship journal of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI). As the founding president of the Multicultural Alliance of Behavior Analysts her work emphasized equity and inclusion, and she is also a Past President of the Culture & Diversity SIG. Dr. Catagnus lives in Arkansas with her three children, two dogs, cat, and an abundance of plants. In her free time, she enjoys reading, gardening, and traveling.
